The purpose of this blog is to give my viewpoints on recruiting, tips on improving your job hunt and anything in between. I make no claims that my ideas are the "right" or "best" ideas. But I do my best to make sure they are fresh, unique and hopefully thought provoking. Some people even feel what I write to be sometimes humorous. If you are one of those people, do not fret, the feeling will pass.
